 We have
two full automatic electroplating lines, in addition to three very efficient
manual ones equipped for handling small to medium size products.
Our materials are supplied by the most reliable world wide known electroplating
chemical suppliers.
A variety of processes is offered, one or multi layers of zinc, copper, brass,
nickel, chromium, tin, silver and gold on different base metals.
Thickness measurement and solution analysis are basic procedures planned to
ensure achievement of the best final results.
Available finish: gold, gold colour, silver, nickel, black nickel,
copper, brass, chrome, zinc.
Electrostatic Powder Coating
A well equipped department, powered by its two semi-automatic continuous
coating lines in addition to another two batch coating ones. A capacity
combination which enables us to handle big quantities as well as small ones.
Standard tests and thickness measurements are carefully defined to ensure
compatibility with customer requirements.
Available colours: all standard colours.
